As Jama’s legal counsel, Allyson is responsible for all legal, contractual, risk management, and compliance matters at Jama.  Allyson has spent her entire legal career as an in-house attorney, working primarily in software and SAAS-based businesses.  With more than 15 years of legal experience, Allyson brings a growth minded, business-focused perspective to the legal function.  She is flexible and creative in her proactive management of risk and response to legal matters, making her a valued member of the leadership team at Jama.
